Rice University announced the creation of the Rice Center for Digital Learning and Scholarship (RDLS) to bring an array of online education initiatives under one banner. RDLS will comprise:
- STEMScopes - K-12 science curriculum
- Connexions - open-access textbook publishing platform
- OpenStax College - free college textbooks
- OpenStax Tutor - learning analytics and personalized learning
